Booking Terms and Conditions

• It is advisable to telephone or email, first to check availability and provisionally book your cottage. This booking will be held for 5 days to allow time for the booking form and deposit to reach us.

• Bookings are from 3.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure. Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise stated.

   

• Please return the Booking Form to us, together with a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount due. The balance should reach us 4 weeks prior to your arrival. (Short Breaks are to be paid for in full at the time of booking).

• If for any reason you have to cancel your holiday with us, and we are unable to re-let, you will be liable for any balance outstanding (it is therefore advisable for you to obtain holiday insurance).  

   

• Bookings are accepted for holiday purposes only (for 2 persons per cottage). If you are bringing a pet, please provide its own bedding, basket or similar.

• Dogs must not be left unattended in the cottages or cars for long periods of time.  

   

• Towels and linen are supplied for your use in the cottages, beach towels can be borrowed on request.  

   

• Please report any loss, damage or breakages immediately so that repairs or replacement can be carried out as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings including any vehicles parked on the forecourt.  

   

• On departure: cottages should be left in a clean and tidy condition (cleaning materials are provided in the cottage for your use), and any accidental damage or loss be paid for, at the owner’s discretion.
